History
ZSX stands for “Zip-Stitch Surgical Access and Closure.” ZSX Medical was founded out of Feta Med, Inc., a medical supply company specializing in the obstetric and neonatal communities.
Zip-Stitch™ was developed as a result of discussions with various obstetricians and physicians, which identified shortcomings during wound closure in both cesarean delivery and hysterectomy.
